The Vaishnava-Sahajiya sect turned preferred in seventeenth century Bengal. It sought religious expertise from the five senses. The divine partnership amongst Krishna and Radha (guises in the divine masculine and divine feminine) were celebrated by Chandidas (Bangla: ????????) (born 1408 CE), Jayadeva (circa 1200 CE) and Vidyapati (c 1352 - c 1448)
